Every dish showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients and beautifully executed cooking. The house made fresh pasta was on point. Each ingredient was thoughtfully prepared, allowing the flavours and textures to complement one another perfectly and create an exceptional experience with every bite. The ambience was equally wonderful, setting the perfect atmosphere to savour the food and enjoy the evening. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding service and the thoughtful explanations from the attentive staff, including the head chef. We received 5 out of 5 service, but the food was honestly 10 out of 5. I wish there were more stars to give! This was hands down some of the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life. Bellebuon
“BelleBuón” es una expresión «partenopea» (napolitana) que representa sorpresa o algo inesperado, básicamente un «agradable estupor«. La redundancia de dos palabras, “Bello” y “Buono” confiere una sensación de saciedad vocal. Todo ello se refleja en la cocina de este restaurante, hecha de antiguos valores, de sabores genuinos y de agradable estupor en cada uno de sus platos.
El amor y la pasión con los que se preparan las viandas se pueden saborear desde el primer bocado y el respeto por la tradición culinaria italiana se identifica plenamente en cada plato.
El chef, natural de la región de La Campania, en el sur de Italia, propone en su restaurante una cocina artesanal en todos sus aspectos, las pastas frescas son elaboradas manualmente y todas las comidas se cocinan al momento. En alguna de ellas es fácil encontrar también el auténtico estilo “irpino”. propio de la provincia de Avellino.
Desde su apertura, hace ya 18 años, es un punto de referencia de la auténtica cocina tradicional italiana en Barcelona.

Tiras de pasta casera con caviar italiano, almejas frescas, fumet, tomate colina y perejil.
•Maltagliati del contadino
Tiras rotas de pasta casera con mixto de verduras, salsa de tomate, albahaca y pecorino romano.
•Raviolo irpino
Raviolis en masa de espinacas rellenos de requesón con salsa de tomate collina, albahaca y orégano.
•Mezzelune profumate
Raviolis relleno de fontina y speck ahumado en crema de gorgonzola y nuces.
•Tagliatelle al pesto di pistacchio di Bronte
Tiras de pasta fresca al pesto artesanal de pistacho siciliano (Bronte), parmesano, mantequilla, rúcula y granela de pistacho.
°Scialatielli, salsiccia, funghi e provola affumicata
Scialatielli con butifarra, bechamel, setas mixtas, próvola ahumada, cebolla, ajo y perejil.

jbiltz¡Magnifico! An unbelievable meal made with fresh pasta and amazing sauces. The lasagna was delicious and the gnocchi and focaccia bread were the best I’ve ever eaten. The staff was very attentive and friendly and cared very much about our dining experience. Highly recommend!
